Over the years I've suffered through, itinerant cowboys with chain saws, and tank drivers with bucket loaders doing yard work.  Frankly, I wasn't looking forward to this fix.  Our small 26-year old front yard had begun to look like a British Golf Course.  Sink holes and high spots had developed to the point where the mower couldn't handle it any more.   I had anticipated a complete re-do of the entire front yard...

We discussed options and made very few changes to the original design. Work was approved and scheduled. Demo was quick and efficient. Bed prep was good. Plants were acquired and installed per design.
