"I put an offer in on a home in Fenton, MI so I had the inspection performed by Todd from TNT Inspection Services. He was very easy to schedule with and very informative right from the start. Since this was my first time buying a house and getting an inspection done, it was nice to have someone that explained the process and an overview of what he will be doing and what to expect before we even met at the house. He went to the house a few days in advance to set up a Radon Test, which he does with a state of the art testing machine. When we met at the home he was VERY thorough, not afraid to crawl into the tiniest corners of the house to make sure he didn't miss a single thing. Anywhere he noticed something he made me aware and gave me an overview of what I can do to prevent problems in the future. The report he provides with photos was very easy to follow and provided not only notes on possible problems in the house, but some helpful tips and advice. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a home inspection and would be the only call I make if I were to look at buying another place in the future. As an added bonus, his wife bakes awesome chocolate chip cookies that he brings for us at the inspection. They definitely go above and beyond with customer service."

They were industrious in the extreme, even going out their way to clean up tile edging on areas where a basement remodel had placed walls over the tile in order to make things a little nicer for the flooring people coming next week. <br /> The entire operation took a little over 6 hours and was without a doubt the smoothest construction/housework related project I've ever been part of.
