"Everything went just as will said, he showed up at 7:45 EARLY and immediately started digging up the main line. He told me it was going to take about 12 hours total. Around 5:30 that evening the water was back on. He came back the next day and finished filling all the dirt in then put the grass back. "This company is awesome. We called them Friday Late morning and he gave me a price right on the phone. The price was very reasonable. I asked if he could possibly accommodate us for that day since the homeowner is elderly and it would be a hardship for the toilet to be out of commission. He moved his entire schedule around and drove all the way to Terra Bella to make sure the job was done that day. He did not even add an emergency service fee or a fuel fee. He was so good we had him install our new toilet for a nominal additional charge and we could not be happier. They were very professional, courteous, and pleasant, not to mention quick. I would recommend them to my family, friends, and anyone else who needs a plumber. <br />"

"He was very punctual.  He came in and looked at the leak.  Knew right away what was wrong.  He had a spare part in his truck, but it didn't match my faucet so he fixed the leak with the part he had, then said he would look for a part that matched.  He also figured out a problem we were having with our faucets surging.  Came back 2 night later because he had to caulk the sink and we couldn't use it for 48 hours.  He knew we were leaving for the weekend.  He caulked my sink and I paid him.  VERY nice man. <br />"
