"I contacted Chesapeake Roofing, Windows, and Siding about installing a new roof on my townhouse. The estimate I received was actually over $1,000 LESS than what my neighbors paid last year to have their roofs replaced by another local company. I signed the contact but was contacted by my HOA board shortly thereafter who said I needed to change the type of shingle I had put in my contact as it was not the approved shingle type for our community. Chesapeake Roofing, Windows, and Siding told me it was no problem to change the shingle type and quickly drafted me up a new contact to sign. Domenic and Kurt also kept me well informed about when my new roof would be installed as the original date had to be pushed back a few days due to rain. Domenic and his crew cleaned up very well after the roof was installed - my neighbor also told me she was impressed how well they cleaned up. There was a minor issue with some gunk from the gutters that was left on my neighbors siding, however, Kurt responded immediately when I called about this and the debris was power washed clean the next day. I would definitely recommend Chesapeake, Roofing, and Siding to anyone looking to have a new roof installed based on my positive experience!"

My new roof looks fantastic, and we are really glad we went with this local company. Buying a roof is not a "fun" expense, but I really feel like we got our money's worth: a quality new roof in 1 day, and then new trim capping the next day. They even installed new bathroom exhaust vents and HVAC exhausts. Our house looks brand new. You might get a cheaper rate elsewhere, but these guys do not skimp on quality of product, 50-year warranty, or craftsmanship. "We had the roof on our 2640 square-foot house replaced with an architectural-style one in Williamsburg Slate, grey tones with subtle red tones. We are very satisfied with the roof. The guttering and fascia repair will be done soon. Emily Rinaldo, the HCR marketing rep., gave a thorough and lengthy (3 hours) presentation on every aspect of the roof. She is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The well-manned roofing team arrived on the day stated and completed most of the roofing in one day. The roofers had been trained by HCR and were not day-laborers or sub-contractors. They returned early the next morning and completed their work in a couple hours. No unpleasant surprises here! Financing is available."

"In addition to appropriately siting  the garage on the property, a key challenge was building the framework, and putting on the siding and finishing details in such a manner to match or mimic the distinctive  architectural features of the existing house. John Krause worked directly with us on the site plan and got all of the required approvals from the county. His crew did an excellent job of building the garage. In particular, the carpenters doing all the finishing work displayed great attention to detail and really did an outstanding job and did indeed match or very closely mimicked the existing house.   The job was completed ahead of schedule. John Krause was personally committed to insuring that we were completely happy with the result - - and we are. Overall, an excellent job. <br />"

"Job was to widen driveway and replace area with chipping cement. Assessment was thorough and priced comparatively. Crewed was punctual, efficient and courteous. Job was completed on schedule. "We chose James L. Graves after getting 3 bids. They were the middle bid. We had a special request to change our soffits in addition to replacing the roof and gutters for maximum roof ventilation. The Salesman, Bryan was very accommodating with this request since most companies do not normally deal with aluminum soffit material but they were willing to work with us and get us what we requested. The roofers did a really good job. No mess. Bryan came by about 5 times during the install which took 2 days for our house. Gutter and soffit replacement went well also."
