I am a senior citizen and have become very discouraged in trying to find small repair services in the Baltimore-Annapolis area that I could trust and that would actually show up when needed and also that were fairly priced. I was absolutely blown away by my experience with your service and with the Stara Appliance Repair service person (Stephen Hinson) that contacted me by phone not more than 15 minutes after I completed the form provided on line by Service Magic. Stephen showed up at my home in Crofton at the time agreed to on the telephone, thoroughly examined my 49 year old Sears Coldspot Frostless refrigerator, identified the problem, fixed it and then gave the fridge located in my garage a thorough cleaned before reassembling the appliance. It is now working like it did when it was new 49 years ago. The repair fee was exceedingly fair and reasonable. All-in-all, a splendid experiience !!
