However a two week expected delivery turned into a four week timeline, and we were only made aware of the issue and delay by us making the call instead of them contacting us. Both the inspection visit and the installation visit were over an hour later the scheduled time but the technician did call a short time before his arrival. The repair job will require us to make some cosmetic repairs to the window and also fix a couple missing nails."
