"I hired IDC to finish approximately 600 square feet of living space in my basement including a bedroom/office, full bathroom and entertainment/home theater room. Larry and the crew did a great job on the basement and treated my home well. It was his first job in Johnson County, KS, and he went through the steps to get his contractors license in this county, learn the code, pull necessary permits and build to code. There were no findings in any of the three city inspections and the inspector was very complimentary of the work that was performed. IDC was responsive to changes along the way, always kept us informed, and answered all of my many, many questions! The job did take longer than initially planned but there were some weather related delays that contributed. Larry runs a small crew and they had to drive from Lawrence to Olathe each day so that ate into the time. The crew was fun to work with and in the end our vision was brought to life. "I wish I could give Pero more than 5 stars! Pero has added screens to our gazebo and his work has been outstanding. I found SH&R almost by accident one day online but we are very happy we did. Besides adding screens and a door to our gazebo, he also installed a ceiling fan and two outdoor lamps. In addition to our gazebo, he also installed for us a shower door for our basement bathroom and a sliding screen door at our kitchen. His work ethic, communication and capacity to pay attention to details are exemplary. Since day 1 I was amazed by how proactive he is and how he always wants to have a perfect finish product for the client. He definitely goes above and beyond to keep his customers happy. His projects are much more competitive than other contractors in terms of cost and the final product is just perfect. "We had a wonderful experience with Bryan Casey Construction. They communicated very well throughout the entire project and were very efficient and punctual. We had a facelift in the kitchen and 1/2 bath and a complete remodel of the master bath. They were very helpful and had a lot of ideas and insight in the planning stage. The bids are extremely detailed so everyone knew exactly what would happen. The kitchen cabinets were painted a beautiful warm white and the center island is a darker grey. It makes the kitchen look so much brighter and larger. Julie had so many excellent ideas to remodel the master bath! We had the old jacuzzi removed and a beautiful freestanding tub installed. Bryan made the shower about twice the size with a gorgeous inset of decorative tile. We had new cabinets and sinks, and a heated floor installed as well. We love the results. We will definitely use them again when the need arises."
