"When we contacted D&M, we had already had another repair service in to figure out why our dishwasher wasn't cleaning. The other serviceman spent about ten minutes looking at it and decided we needed a new motor, which essentially meant it made more sense to buy a new machine. When Danny from D&M came, he initially thought the same thing, but then spent about a half hour working to unclog the spray arms...something I had tried to do but was only partially able to do. By the time he was through, the arms were rotating effectively. Since then, the dishwasher has worked almost perfectly. Instead of spending $500-plus on a new unit, we got away with an $80 repair. I cannot emphasize enough how impressed we were with Danny's competence, honesty and determination to see the job through. I will never use anyone else for my appliance repair needs."

"A+ Appliance Solutions replied almost immediately for my service repair request for an error code on the dryer. We set the date/time for Monday (10/10) between 1000-1200. The service technician Mike L, notified me he was enroute. He went right to work and identified the problem and recommended the solution for a new part. He contacted a local appliance supply store in Beltsville, they had the part, and Mike went to get it. In less than an hour, Mike was back and installed the part and put the dryer back together again. He tested the dryer before he left and everything is working perfectly.
