"This project was unique in that we had buckling in a particular section of our hardwood flooring. In addition, some moisture was identified under an adjacent section. We replaced the buckling section with ceramic tile “rug” and repaired the adjacent section We were extremely satisfied with Zavala flooring throughout the entire process. "Be persistent in requesting continuity of representation during the full process of inspection, contract signing, and installation. Large national companies like to assign whoever's available, but that person may not have the background history, which could lead to errors. Otherwise, and aside from difficulty of communicating (bad phone system design), the actual materials and installation work are superb; best in class. And the price is less than going local."
