"Hired Modern View to complete a total remodel of our small master bath. We demoed room and hung drywall prior. Then let Modern View take care of the rest - taped and finished drywall, installed shower tile, floor tile, shower doors, vanity, medicine cabinet, toilet, all fixtures, ceiling fan and vanity light, and finish trim. Painted. Room turned out fantastic. Also had them do some drywall patching in a couple closets. They even did some extra work we didn't originally discuss. "Was a very smooth experience from start to finish. From the initial contact person, to the person that came to my home to scope out the work, to the supervisor for the job to the two guys doing the work. All were very good at their jobs. I just needed to have the cracked tub surround replaced in a small bathroom and wasn't sure that anyone would want to do that small of a job. They were up front from the start that if they were going to do the work that they would also need to replace the plumbing as they would not take the chance of doing work with leaking plumbing behind it. I then also decided to have a the soffit above the shower (from a previous owner's remodel job) removed which added a lot of work to remove the framing and install ceiling dry wall, making the job much more complicated. I told them that my biggest requirement was going to be that if I was going to pay for someone to do something that I could do myself that when it was finished I expected it to look much better than what I could have done. When it was done they exceeded that goal greatly and every day now I notice some other small detail that the nailed perfect."

I had four different companies come out, and one I cancelled after reading their reviews, they were in the low 3s. I chose Premier Home Pros to do the work, I read their reviews and they were good. This is a new company to Michigan but most of the reviews I read were from Ohio. I got lucky enough to have Eric install the shower for me and I couldn’t be happier. Eric showed up on time and never stopped working. Eric worked on my home like it was his own home. He communicated with me what was going on and very neat. I am getting new flooring and told Eric that he didn’t have to put anything down because the carpet is going anyway, but he still did. I sure hope that Premier Home Pros realize how valuable Eric is to the company and how lucky they are to have him. Eric should train all the new employees, not only on the process, but on work"

I was pleased with the outcome, so this summer, I hired them to remodel my kitchen. Greg and his crew are professional, and know how to get the job done right. All I had to do was choose cabinets, lighting and fixtures. They did the rest. I had a very tight budget, but they were able to create the kitchen of my dreams within that budget. I also ended up having them refinish my living room floors and paint my living room walls as part of the project. I am truly happy with the results. I woulddefinitely hire Americraft again."
