"Our technician Tim was fantastic. My wife needed to meet G Force at her mom's house to supervise repairs, and they did a great job keeping her informed of their ETA so she had plenty of time to travel to meet them. Once at the house, Tim discovered an issue with the concrete slab where the original toilet sat, which prevented a safe and secure install of the new toilet. He and his supervisor worked with us to recommend a repair and schedule a return visit that worked with my wife's schedule. On the second visit, Tim repaired the concrete, installed the new toilet and adjusted the height of the cutoff valve. Plus, he took a few extra minutes to walk the house (inside and out) with my mother-in-law to check the plumbing to ensure everything was in working order and confirm she knew what to do in the event of a water leak. He even took the time to label the majority of the valves in the house to make things easier for her. In looking for a plumber, we certainly found cheaper options, but without a doubt, we will phone G Force again (and request Tim as our technician)."

"G&D did a wonderful job in remodeling our water damaged bathroom & closet they installed new tile & had to match the hard wood floors which all look great! I would hire them again for any project needed. Very professional and always showed up when they said they would."

"We purchased a new Gas Range for our kitchen form Lowe's. When the delivery guys arrived they couldn't install it because the shut off valve was in the crawlspace and not easily accessible. Also there was a copper pipe which was not up to code that needed to be replaced with iron pipe. I found Plumb Doctor on Angie's list and called and they were here a couple of hours later on the same day. Kenny did the work. He replaced the copper tubing with 3/4" gas line in the crawlspace and up through the floor, replaced the existing shut off valve in the crawlspace with a new one, installed a new shut off valve above the floor behind the stove, and connected and tested the range. He was a great guy and even fixed a leaky water pipe for an additional charge before he left. I didn't get any other estimates to compare prices because I needed the oven installed as quickly as possible, so I don't know how their prices compare but Kenny's work was thorough and it was a pleasure to meet him. The price below is $1,374 for gas line work and $285 for fixing the leaking water pipe. Since he was already here I saved the $49 service charge for the leaky water pipe repair."

"James and his son arrived to install approx.100 ft of water line, several valves and a back flow preventer for an irrigation system. They worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. They asked several important questions and made adjustments to our original plan to accommodate my future needs. Their work was impeccable. Any tradesman that works according to best practices instead of just to code has my business. They are now my go to plumber! I have already recommended them to my neighbors. For those who say they are high priced, the other quotes I received for this job were 3 times higher. "I contacted Jean-Claude for a master bathroom and kitchen estimate.  He came out and we talked about what I wanted done in these rooms. He offered some very good suggestions and advice for me to keep in mind. I found this was very thoughtful and spoke to the integrity of who Jean-Claude was as a person and business owner.  He gave me a labor estimate with the break down for each room and also breaking down the labor for each item I wanted done in each room.  We would be responsible for the material. 
Jean-Claude was very helpful on where to find the items or materials that we needed and had no problem with picking these items up for us.  He went with me on more than one occasion when I did not know what was needed or how much of an item to get.  Very helpful.  A couple of occasions he offered his opinion but I still went with what I wanted :)  There were many times though when he brought another perspective to think about when me and my husband's were set on something we wanted.  We had not thought of that and we were glad we changed our minds, as Jean-Claude had it right. 
His very reliable crew, with lead contractor Pedro arrived at 9 am everyday and started work independently.  Jean-Claude was on the job everyday helping over seeing the job and workmanship.  I cannot say enough about what a great experience we had with Image Renovations.  You can tell that Jean-Claude and Pedro take great pride in their work, as they never took a short cut and they always brought to me or my husband's attention any problems that arose in the different projects, they gave us our options, and would ask how we wanted them to proceed.  As we all know, once you do a demo, there can be problems that need fixed.  You cannot see the problems until you get in there.  Although we had some, they were not as bad as they could of been.  Throughout the projects my husband and I felt Jean-Claude was very honest and appreciated him taking the time to show us what the problem was and answering our questions.  His demeanor was patient and he was glad we took an interest in what he and the crew were doing, he wanted us to feel comfortable about any changes. 
The jobs were started on June 16th and we had a dead line for Jean-Claude of Aug. 1st.  I'm surprised we were able to complete as my husband and I kept adding upgrades.  At the last minute my husband asked Jean-Claude to install a closet in one of the rooms that we wanted to make into a bedroom.  He agreed and they worked hard to keep the Aug. 1st deadline and they did get it done.  I absolutely love our new kitchen and master bath.  I will continue to use Image Renovations for all my small and large home projects.
