They provided the best combination of quality labor, good materials, affordable pricing, and clear and honest communication. I opted for the 3 tab shingles, synthetic underlayment, and ridge vents. Arodi Vela, the owner and CEO, visited my home and performed a thorough examination of the roof. He made time to take measurements, whereas other roofing companies I met with just made a rough guess about the size of the roof. After measuring the roof, he provided a thorough review of the roofing options available and gave me a detailed explanation of each step in the process. He even brought samples of architectural and 3-tab shingles to give me a sense of the product. Before leaving, he even put together a quote for the project. It is worth noting that all of this occurred on the initial visit. After I chose to work with Stress Free Roofing, Arodi set up a time to discuss financing. "This was a great service experience. Jon came out to provide an estimate within 3 days of my initial contact. He thoroughly reviewed our needs and suggested that we install white gutters with terratone covers to match our roof - he was the only person to suggest this to us and it looks really nice. Once we decided to go with Gutter Creations, they arrived to do our job a week later. A small crew worked diligently and as quietly as possible, considering that old gutters had to be torn off and completely replaced.
