We could not be more pleased with our new windows and doors. Our old drafty windows/doors are gone, replaced by beautiful Pro Via windows and doors that are so easy to clean and operate. Brendan, Josimar, and Marcelo did a great installation job. They are expert installers and kept everything clean at the end of each day. Brendan is also an excellent project foreman, he explained what would happen each day and made sure that we were happy throughout the process. This is our second major project using Couto (roof in 2020) and they have exceeded our expectations both times. They always answer the phone, always return calls, and always communicate any updates. The employees we have worked with are hard-working, knowledgeable, and just all-around nice people."
