"If you need reliable, professional masonry repair, for a fair price, done promptly, look no further thjan Homescapes. I'm fairly 'handy,' but I know my limitations. Brick work is one of them...I've been trying to mount a flagpole to an exterior wall, and have had it come down around six times - the lag screws and lead sinks just would NOT hold in the winds we get around here. Frustrating. After my latest attempt to get it mounted, I realized it was time to call in the pros. And man, did I. Alberto Pedraza was out to get eyes on the task within a half day. The next morning, his guys showed up, as promised, and got to work. They did an amazing job, not only mounting my flagpole bracket, but effectively undoing all the damage I'd (inadvertently) done to the surrounding bricks. Quality job. Done on time, and for a very reasonable price. The next time I need to mount something on bricks, or need any brick repair, Homescapes will be my FIRST call."

"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."
