"Heath, Katy and team were smart, professional and hardworking. They listened to me when I explained the history of the drainage and foundation problems at my house and developed an excellent solution. Their price was very fair. They followed up to make sure everything was to my satisfaction, came back to tweak a couple of things. And they gave an excellent warranty. They were helpful in recommending a professional engineer to help with a related issue, and the recommendation was fabulous. I highly recommend Texas Foundation Experts."

"I had water leaking from broken pipe in back yard, needed existing sprinklers reconfigured and inefficient pop-up sprinklers in planter beds replaced with drip system. Abel explained why he was making changes (or not), worked efficiently and quickly. Excellent job - would highly recommend."

"The repair went well but not quite an A. It will be years (hopefully) before I will be able to evaluate if the repair stabilized the foundation. The one issue I had was that there does not appear to be enough office staff. I was told several times that I would be contacted or receive things and had to follow up (sometimes multiple times) to receive what I asked for. I was told by one office staff member that they are so busy that they sometimes miss getting things done that they commit to."

"Had a great experience with Brown Foundation, specifically Phillip. Had him come check out my crawl space for moisture, because a section of my wood floors are cupping a bit. Phiilip showed up, evaluated the entirety of my crawl space and gave me detailed feedback on what was needed to fix the issue. Turns out it was a small plumbing issue that should cost WAY less to repair than I originally feared. Was happy he didn't try to upsell me or give me some sort of minimal report on what I needed, which would have required me to do more time-consuming research. Highly recommend."

"I had a sitting water issue that was damaging my lawn, and Nate came to check it out. He gave me an honest assessment and suggested a low cost method to attempt before doing any major work. He is a genuine and honest guy. Every other company that came out suggested that I have expensive landscaping/drainage work done, but Nate offered an option that didn t benefit himself."

"I am very pleased with the work Landscape Innovations did for me. Mike was professional, easy to work with and attentive to my needs. He and his crew completely redid my flower beds in the front and back including clean out, organic soil, black fabric, mulch in the front and rocks in in the back. They were timely and neat and everything looks great! Mike also coordinated a new fence for me with his fencing company contact and it is beautiful! I love my new yard and highly recommend Landscape Innovations if you are looking for quality work and fair prices."

"If you are looking for a solid construction company sonart is the way to go for sure! All I could say was wow aside from the fact that my mouth was completely open for a solid five minutes LOL! The house was built around the 50s and hasnâ t been updated since the original build. To see our bathrooms brought more to a modern the lights was honestly heartwarming I know my mother would have appreciated this!Thank you again guys for your hard work!"

"I used this company 15 years ago and they did a great job landscaping my former home. I was happy to hire them again to install sod at my current home. They were fast, efficient, well organized and did great cleanup."

"Robert worked tirelessly in 100+ temperatures, by himself, moving large boulders from his trailer to our backyard pool. Most of the holders were placed on top of each other to design an additional waterfall feature after he removed our slide since our gkids have gotten too old to use it. He ended every day soaking wet due to the temps and humidity, his willingness to work in such conditions is to be commended. The expanded waterfall looks amazing. I will definitely be recommending Robert and Native Springs on our neighborhood FB page."
