If he can't make the appt. on time, he calls/texts to let you know. We have had his company do 6 bathrooms in the past from new counter tops, shower only installs, bathtub, new designer cabinets, plumbing and electrical outlets. I've had all of his workers do great jobs. When we move again and need another bathroom update, I have Josh's number in my phone. And no, we are not related in any way!"

"We originally planned to just replace two bathtubs. Phil responded quickly--even tho this was just a small job for them. The price was so reasonable compared to one other quote we received that we decided to also replace the flooring, vanity and wall mirror. We thought we'd need to replace our shower door, too; but Phil was able to fix rather than replace it, saving us considerable money. Phil an Ashley listened to our ideas and offered a few ideas on different approaches, most of which we readily agreed to. They were professional, on time, did great work and my bathrooms are gorgeous! Highly recommend this company"

"We had an issue with water seepage behind the tiles and decided to replace our Bathtub with a stand in shower . we then called in Five Star Bath Solutions for a quote. We were familiar with the process having worked with other vendors in the past for similar services. We were pleasantly surprised since the Bath Solutions team was very attentive to details , knew their stuff and cut to the chase quickly. We liked this a lot because they were very professional and clearly communicated timelines and were very accommodative with our needs. Rakesh then came in , walked us through in very fine detail and gave us the confidence that they have been there , seen it and done that which was critical. Then they were able to get us started earlier and we had the entire install done in one day and we were able to use the shower. They also gave us time to use it so that we knew that the quality was outstanding and any minor issues were addressed right away. All along a very great experience with Bath Solutions and would refer them to anyone else needing their services."

"Troy and the entire installation team were excellent! Arrived on time and started working immediately. Communication was very good and their work ethic was outstanding! They made sure our furniture was moved safely - tarps were placed from door to door to protect our floors - they made a special effort to keep the wife informed and allowed her to place the various components (grab bars, compartments, etc) so there would be no angst at the end. Cleaned up their work areas (inside and out) and hauled away old tub and panels) - made sure both of us understood the mechanics of the equipment and allowed me one extra day before signing off on the project for some antagonistic testing. I feel this team demonstrated everything that the salesman promised and more which is rarely the case. Well done gentleman!"

He treated the affected area, patched everything up, and retextured the walls so it all looks good as new - you honestly can’t tell there was ever any damage. "DJ Custom Cabinets (Don Dockery, owner) is a wonderful company to use for custom cabinet work. Last year we thought replacing the kitchen countertops and painting the walls would make our kitchen look more modern. After the work was completed, we realized that we should have replaced the kitchen cabinets as well. We had several contractors look at the cabinets and give us their opinion. We determined that DJ Custom Cabinets was the right team for the job. It was absolutely the right decision! Don has been in this line of business for over 45 years and felt 99% confident that he could put in new kitchen cabinets without removing the new countertops. He built a complex set of braces to hold up the countertops and was successful at removing the lower cabinets without any damage to the new countertops. He then slid the new lower cabinets under the braced countertops with no damage to the countertops. He replaced all the other cabinets as well. It was amazing to watch him do this. The cabinets are beautiful. His work is absolutely the best. Don and his team are great with communication and very respectful. We never had a call that wasn’t answered or returned quickly. He kept us informed throughout the process. The process was explained thoroughly. Timeline for work completion was right on. We highly recommend DJ Custom Cabinets for any custom cabinet work.
