The work took longer than they indicated it would.  Originally, they said it would take a week.  The work took longer because of the flooring, etc. They came on a daily basis and stuck to the job.  They were very personable and helpful.  We were especially happy with the tile floor with decorative inserts that they installed. They were the more thrifty of the three estimates we received. Subsequently, we have had some problems on the vanity counter top with staining and they have not followed up with us."

The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured. Their website lists all the wonderful things they clean, from floor to ceiling. Before they left, the ladies told me they were done. They did everything I asked, except they left dust and cob-webs on the bottom of furniture, and the bathroom ceiling fan was not even touched, which I did not check. The office called me to ask about the service. I neglected to mention it to them at that time. <br /> The ladies do work hard, and what they do clean is extremely thorough. I would use them again, and watch more closely, if another great coupon offer comes out. Their prices are much too high for leaving things uncleaned the first time through. <br /> <br />"
