Ennis came the same day we called and not only replaced the pipe with pex but rerouted it to prevent a future repeat. His skill set was phenomenal and he was very considerate in pulling drywall out in order to repair (he only opened up what he needed to). I would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services. "Where do I start?! We hired Michael to fix our water heater, he responded quickly & was able to get us in later in the evening. He called to let us know when he was on his way & when he came he wasted no time. He explained what was wrong with our water heater & gave us a reasonable quote. We needed a part that was half way across town during traffic time so to make sure we got the part we needed he rushed down to grab it before the placed closed & came back & was able to fix it that night (thanks goodness he did because it was snowing & no one wants to use cold water when it snows). "When coming to give a bid, Gordon Senior did a great job looking at each project and explaining what would be done and what it would cost. He spent an entire day completing projects, with a wonderful assistant. He removed and installed two toilets, which required extra work because the old toilets had rusted parts in the floor. Gordon Senior figured out how to fix the problems, and purchased materials to complete the job. He also replaced two outdoor faucets and installed two new indoor faucets. He snaked our sewer pipes out to the street and showed us the condition of our sewer pipe on a live video. A lot was accomplished in a day's worth of work. Our only disappointment was that he didn't follow through with providing a bid on replacing the sewer pipe, which will need to be done eventually."
