I accepted the offer. Within a few days his brother, Chad, brought a crew to my house and started work on the roof. "Absolutely would not recommend using Four Seasons Roofing of Chico. He was recommending by a reputable general contractor, so we felt he was the right choice. We needed to replace our tile roof that had failed. Because time was of the essence, the rainy season was upon us and he was willing to move us to the head of his schedule, we accepted his bid. We had a trip to Hawaii planned for the same week and he talked us into leaving our house in his hands, "I will take care of your house like it is my own!" He did anything but. Not once did he came by to check on his under qualified roofers. His son watched the job, and was rarely on sight. (We watched on our cameras). They did such a poor job it has taken three months to fix the problems, like insufficient roof vents, more had to be added, roofing over some of the gutters, sloppy painting of wood that had to be replaced, and irreparable damage to our deck by the workers dragging roofing materials across the top. And finally, there was venting incident which could have burned our house down. We still have to wait until August 2025 to see some of the buckling shingles will lay down or be replaced, and he is insisting on full payment while we wait. This job has been a nightmare!"
