"If you want an <strong>honest, hard-working, top quality</strong>, <strong> going above and beyond</strong> company, then this is the one for you.  Alternative Heating & Air has been to my home for a couple of maintenance/repair issues over the past several years and provided honest reliable work.  But only until recently did I have the opportunity to use them for a much larger project of replacing a very old furnace, including badly needed worn and damaged ducts, and in a very tight and confined small basement.  Not only did they swap-out the furnace and ducts but added a light switch for the basement, which I never had before but needed, and repaired a flue that could've enabled a fire catastrophe if it hadn't been fixed  I'm sure there were other 'little' things they fixed but didn't bother to mention or charge me for including checking the air conditioning unit and finding there was too much freone causing the a/c to work harder than it had too.  This company is the real deal.  Jason and John, you guys rock!  Thank you so much for your service! <br />"

I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

"The service worked out great. They performed what was required, and they performed it in a timely manner mostly. The experience was mostly good, but the main concern was that they guys they had do the texturing and the painting, and finish work on the sheet rock did a crummy job. He had to come back and redo it. Somehow they decided to keep the rug in place, and when they pulled up the rug, they damaged the sheet rock, and they had to come back and fix that. Lawren was very fair with his pricing. We will be getting the final bill tomorrow. He has been very fair, and if something needs to be taken care of, he was right on it to get it fixed. We would use them again, but would request him to ask somebody else to do the texturing."
