"It was a preemptive treatment because one of the owners came down and did like a little inspection of my whole place. So he recommended a simple preemptive treatment because there were issues of termites; subterranean termites and boring beetles. The termite problem had actually come up to my fire access door so they applied the treatment downstairs and he had to remove mt fire access door and frame. While they were doing that, they discovered that the problem had actually spread to some parts of the exterior wall so they also helped me with that. They replaced some of the wooden beams in my wall and the flooring also. I'm glad that they found the problem and we fixed it. I liked what he did for me and he did a great job.
