"After years of needing a rehab and the occasional complaint from some of my tenants I finally pulled the trigger and hired this company to do a total gut/demo of my 3 family rental property in Waterville. We had them do everything from updated electrical service and updated plumbing, to new countertops, tile, flooring and they also installed a few mini splits in each unit.
