"They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."

"My house had not been painted or repaired in 15 years.  The front porch floor had rotten boards.  The spindles were loose.  The bottom row of siding, near the ground was rotting.  The whole house needed painting.  Ricky and his son washed the house down really thoroughly.  They did all the carpentry repairs and installed siding around the bottom of the house.  Ricky was able to match the paint to my specifications.  They did a very professional job.  They met all my expectations and I am hard to please.  The house looks like new!  I plan on hiring them again to do work on the inside of my house.

My only issue with him is the follow up, I need for him to get in contact with me in regards to the money I paid, but I have left many messages with no response."
