He took a photo of the bootjack so I could understand what this fixture was. Further assessment revealed all the boot jacks were in the same condition but said my other roof concerns were unfounded. A very fair bid was accepted and David quickly made the necessary repairs. Two weeks later a huge limb fell into the roof of our metal building and again David was called. He once more exacted an excellent repair at a very fair price. I cannot recommend David Underferth any higher. This is an honest, trustworthy and highly skilled contractor. His prices are fair and work ethic professional."
