"His office called us the day before service to remind us about the appointment time.  I appreciated the call.  He showed up promptly at 8 am.  The fireplace had a gas firelog setup and I wanted to change to a wood burning fireplace.  He removed the gas firelog setup.  After cleaning the interior of the fireplace, he inspected the outside of the chimney.  He explained some small projects on the fireplace that I could do, such as mortar some of the firebox and clean and seal the chimney.  He explained that the firebox is in good condition and advised me what to look for that would indicate the firebox needs to be replaced.  He did a GREAT job!!! <br />"

"Mrs. Fischer and crew were prompt (on day and time scheduled) in coming out and giving me an estimate. Crew returned and completed the job within a week (had a couple days of rain). They arrived when promised and kept to the estimate with no surprises. Completely satisfied with their work. Estimate was very reasonable (a couple thousand lower than previous estimate by another roofing contractor). Mrs. Fischer followed up with a contact to ensure I was satisfied with the job. Very professional people. I would gladly refer them for this type of work."

"Badly. Do not call them! The so-called plumber they sent out was a joke. He quoted $800 to fix the handle. After I pick my jaw up off the floor he said he could tighten it and that might last a while. It did not last for one single turn. I happened to have someone over the next day and they said go to Home Depot and buy a handle and I’ll fix it for you. That person replaced it and it cost me a total of $10 instead of $800. It was not a permanent fix but it definitely got the job done short term! Which is what I asked him for after he quoted the $800. He did nothing to the drain… He put one of those things down that you can buy at Walmart for five dollars it was like a stick with little spikes on the end… Exactly like the one I have under my sink! I expected them to run a long hose/snake down the drain to clear it. Seeing how someone else fixed the handle for free and he did not do anything for the drain I was quite disappointed. I put some Drano down the drain and that improved the situation but not what I was looking for. A few months later… The situation kept annoying me and annoying me so I finally decided to contact them because I had used the service before for other things and been pleased. I thought maybe this was an exception but the person who called me back only added insult to injury. After talking to her I decided I would never use home 360 again."

"Good. He came out immediately and repaired it the same visit. He did not send me the bill until after the next heavy rain so he could determine if he repaired it."

They seemed very honest as well because I did have some existing gutters that I thought I would need to replace but they inspected them and said they were still in good condition and there was no need to replace them at this time. "I posted an earlier review where I gave some low grades based on a charge for log removal. The owner (who usually goes on all jobs, but was unavailable when my services were performed) contacted me to get details. He refunded the $50 I was charged for removing the logs, and ensured the chimney had been cleaned. He said he would remind his assistants to mention any charge upfront. He asked if I experienced any uncomfortableness with the workers, based on my lower grade for professionalism. I said no, my irritation at the charge for removing the logs colored my rating for the overall, price, quality and professionalism ratings. Based on his responsiveness in checking to ensure the work was done properly and refund of unexpected charge, I would hire again, and recommend him to others."
