Hi there! I have about 9 years of experience with home remodeling, house flips, and currently I am focused more on carpentry (custom closets, interior/exterior trim, etc.) and flooring. I am still open to most home repair needs. I am new to Angi, but feel free to check out some photos of my work in the project photos. I am also willing to share more photos. Feel free to email me at JMDhomeservices1@gmail.com or call/text at 3179032308. Thanks!

"Excellent, they came a week or 2 to measure it, the next day, they brought samples of flooring for us to choose, the next day bought the flooring and install it. Everything went good, as plan, on time and they did an excellent job."

"Redid our kitchen floors and everyone was very professional. Couldn’t be more happier with the end results. I highly recommend them and encourage you to try them!"

"Excellent communications, advised of fixes needed to other areas while installing hardwood. I will be utilizing Jason again in the near future.

"Tom executed the vision perfectly, assuring that the conversion did not look like an afterthought and fulfilled all our accessibility needs. His communication and professionalism were excellent and much appreciated. I did not hesitate to contract him again for a master bathroom remodel."

"Andy showed up as scheduled and assessed what needed to be done to lower the oven.  He and his partner removed the oven from the opening and did an initial modification to lower the oven.  Once all of the bracing was in place, they reinstalled the oven and we checked to see if that resolved the problem.  We determined that the oven was still too high, so they removed the oven again and further modified the cabinet by removing one drawer.  They modifed the bracing, reinstalled the oven, and we determined that this solved the problem.  That left us with a large opening above the oven which Andy determine could be filled by moving the drawer up into that opening.  Once the drawer was in place, Andy was able to determine what needed to be done to make a new drawer front that would cover the opening.  The drawer front he made perfectly matched the style of the existing drawer fronts as well as the stain color.  We are very happy with the work and could not believe how everything matched when the installation was complete.  We would highly recommend Andy for any cabinetry or carpentry projects.

"They've done a lot of work for us and we have referred them to a lot of people. We are really pleased with his work and his crew.

About two weeks after they replaced our roof, they came and installed laminate flooring. The owner, Tim, came and checked on how the floors were coming. He actually got down on the floor and looked really close at one board because he thought he saw a scratch. He did see a scratch so he had the team pull up the board and replace it. He not only replaced the board, but he had to pull out several boards to get to the scratched board. We are pleased with Tim and his work ethic."

"Mr. Bill Schwenzer and his brother, Tom, demolished the bathtub area, removed the tile floor, installed new sub floor, removed the vanity top, raised the vanity a few inches, installed 12"x24" tiles in tub area with a niche, installed 18"x18" tiles on the floor, installed new baseboards and shoe mold, organized plumber for installation of  new tub, toilet, sink and shower faucets.  Bill and Tom always prompt and efficient.  We had a few challenges with the location and size of the niche because of some electrical wires in the wall, but it worked out well after all.  They were very meticulous in their work, cleaned up after themselves, and especially wanted to be sure we were satisfied AND happy with the job.  Not only were they polite and friendly with us (and the family dog), they were also polite and friendly with each other.  They are trustworthy and honest gentlemen, which is hard to find these days.   Everything is GREAT!

"Hammond Flooring bid a very fair price. He gave me advice where to buy the flooring for my home so it would be an exact match to the flooring we already have and at a great price! He did a great job laying the floor even around our stone fireplace. He was pleasant and reliable and I would use him again."
