Andrew's honesty saved me several hundred dollars for an issue that was corrected and paid for by Samsung. Andrew finished the repairs on the dryer and it was finally working after waiting 6 weeks plus for the other service provided by A&E Service to return to complete the remaining dryer repairs. Even when they came out to diagnosis the refrigerator, the technician claimed he was not allowed to complete the repair on the dryer. Discovered that this was a false statement. Have given out Andrews name and some business cards as great technicians are extremely scarce in this location. Andrew responded to call within an hour and came out within a day.
