"Dave was very responsive and extremely knowledgeable.  He and his crew worked EXTREMELY HARD to repairs walls and paint garage and loft storage area before we moved in.  Also installed carpet in loft storage.  Installed bathroom fixtures (towel bars, etc); chandelier, ceiling fan, drapery rod, moved rolling shelf in kitchen cabinet.  Very respectful of our home.  Lined hardwood floors with dropcloths before coming in/out home.  Clean up was great.  I just was surprised at the final cost but  I did not understand just how bad the drywall and mudding job of builder was.  <br />"

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. "Arranged  meeting,   Walked around house to describe the work,  Cory provided estimate and we discussed  details over the phone.  Approved and signed the contract.  Paid 40% of work.  Work  occurred 3 weeks later and was done in several days.   Work was professionally done.  Framing around interior door was done by hand.  Discussed the work and completed some minor details.   Paid the remainder.   I was very pleased with the work and the process.  Cory was very pleasant to work with and his crew got the job with minimal disruption."
