After having another roofing company tell me, he wouldn’t be able to find the leak and I needed either a partial tear off or a whole new roof. I called Roofologist and it was late in the afternoon. I got a quick response to my call and came over same day. Very nice and professional. Doesn’t try to up sell you. Told me my roof was fine (many years left in its life) and that they could easily fix the leak and the moss problem. During the same visit, they sealed my chimney, sprayed the moss, and even cleared my gutters. Great customer service which seems like a rarity these days. They Saved me thousands of dollars.
