RSanford Services returned our call quickly and confirmed an appointment. They were on time. Randy the owner came with a team, ready to just give us an estimate. Randy was patient with us, gave us an easy to understand explanation of the situation and gave us the estimate. It was better than expected. The job wasn’t easy, but the team got right to work, keeping us informed along the way. The home was built in 1994. Who ever did the piping used zip ties to hold this main pipe off the ground and at the appropriate angle. Due to a backup, the ties snapped, blocking the line. Randy and his men, cleaned up under the house, secured the pipe, back flushed the system and fixed the main section with a more efficient and stable system. They cleaned up professionally, were courteous and we would recommend them highly."

It was late so he did what he could to control the leak. The next day Cellino and the organization went to work. It took three trips dealing Erie County Water had unexpected issues get the water off with 90 year old pipes (the job by Erie county Water was nothing less that exceptional, they had crews out faster than I thought possible). Every step of the way from the dispatchers to the technicians, everyone at Cellino was responsive, considerate, and truly cared. Never has a reapir comapny of any kind made me feel so respective and important as everyone at Cellino did. I cannot thank you enough for such an outstanding job."

"Went surprisingly easy. It was a very old galvanized valve but came off okay after different people said don't touch it because they were afraid the whole line would collapse. It didn't and the threads off the pipe were very clean. Everything went smoothly. Kevin is a master plumber and knows what he's doing, especially on old houses like mine. He previously put all new pex water lines in my basement and my water pressure is much better now.

"Although the work was completed, the repairs were not completed without errors. The PVC piping to the shower drain was not properly aligned when gluing it together, resulting in a leak. The technician pulled the PVC piping apart and re-glued the piping. This did not leave me with a great deal of confidence in the repair and feel I must keep checking to make sure the leak does not return. Also the repair looks bad, as there is glue and dissolved PVC on the outside of the piping. In my opinion, the technician should have replaced it with fresh piping. The toilet tank rebuild was performed with an adjustable fill valve. The technician failed to lock the fill valve at the proper length for my toilet tank. I went to check the repair and when I took the top off the toilet tank the fill valve popped up. The fill valve popped up so high that you could not put the top back on the toilet tank and the fill valve did not turn off and water ran continuously. Fortunately, the technician was still there and lock the fill valve down at the proper level. I rated the price as average, as I did not get competitive prices to determine if the charges were reasonable."
