And then, in my case, I had to pay an extra 30 minutes while we waited for a friend of the plumber's to come to help him carry the equipment out of my backyard. When I called to question having to pay for the 30 minutes of extra time, I was lectured by a condescending woman about why all these additional fees were required - from HER point of view. Yes, to her, it made perfect sense that I was charged yet another 50+ dollars for 'waiting' for someone to come and carry equipment from my back yard. Even though Joe was great (I'd hire him again), I will not return to A & R Plumbing - 2 of my neighbors saw A & R's truck and asked about my experience and I had to tell the same. At the end of the day, I was charged 215.00 for 45 mins of labor - watch out for those hidden fees."
