"Working with All Out Chimney has been an amazing experience for me - I will be a lifelong customer! My initial reach out to them was to find a second opinion about some work that needed to be done. I had been told by the guy from Owens Chimney Systems when he came to do a routine chimney sweep that my chimney was dangerous, unusable and estimated that I needed $15,000 of work to make it safe. OMG! I freaked out! I love building fires, but I do not have that kind of money. When I reached out to All Out Chimney for a second opinion, I learned SO MUCH from the very knowledgeable Jamie in her email that described the process of cleaning out the creosote buildup, assuring me that there would be no way to know if I needed further work until that part was completed. Even if I needed the work the other company suggested, their estimate came in lower by thousands of dollars. As it turns out, Jarrell (awesome!) came to do a new inspection, did the initial creosote cleanout and some repairs to the top of my chimney and back wall of my fireplace and then concluded that I had a safe chimney and did not, in fact, need any of the more pricey options - settling it all out for less than $4,500. for the knowledge and expertise (and NOT using scare tactics!!), I will be a lifelong customer of All Out Chimney Sweep and I recommend that you try them out and see for yourself. "I highly recommend Advanced Roofing and Exteriors. Rob Long has been terrific. I was introduced to Rob/Advanced Roofing and Exteriors by my realtor. We are new to the Lake Norman area, moving from out of state. Our roof had a leak after Florence, then another issue after Hurricane Michael. Rob went the extra mile to diagnosis the second issue and identified as a potential chimney cap leak. Diagnosing can be tricky and he left nothing up to chance. "I contacted 3 different companies, and this is the only one that I recommend. Our salesman Kent Tysinger was wonderful. He was the only one that showed us pictures of our house underneath it. He even called me one night after his working houses to answer my question. He recommended what would work and he was correct. It took less than a week for the job to be started. Jonathan Stone & his crew came to the job site for one week. Each day Jonathan or one of his crew members would tell me what they were doing that day. When the day ended one of his crew members would come tell me that they were leaving and that they would be back the next day and they always arrived at the time that was stated. I had some concerns, and the GM manager came to my house and assisted with the issues. Also, when the job was completed, Jonathan went over all the pictures that he took of the complete job. All I can say is that this company better keep the employees that has assisted me with my job. We are so satisfied with the complete work."

"I cancelled a job I put a deposit of $10,826.95 down for because the sale of my home fell through. I cancelled on June 13th and I still haven't received my refund as of 8/19. We have reached out on 3 separate occasions. My wife and I have been told different stories by different people as to what happened, but not much of it is adding up. After holding our deposit for over two months the manager said-- "We cannot do anything more to compensate you." Apparently, it is being overnighted this evening. Sadly, my advice is to proceed with caution. I give 2-stars because they apparently still have the money to refund me, it could have been worse I suppose."
