"I used the company to repair a gasket on my Samsung refrigerator. Overall, I am pleased with the service. We had a little issue with the part delivery. No fault of Fis It First but of the parts company. Tim, the repair technician came out. He assessed the problem.immediately. Tim went above and beyond by assisting me to get the food out of the freezer because I had just had surgery. He even helped get it downstairs to the other freezer. He was a godsend.
