"First, about me: I am a 70-year-old male from an older generation. When they sent two young girls with tattoos, I thought, “oh great! (Sad but true). These two girls were probably the best technicians I have ever had the lucky break to hire in my 70 years. This area is notorious for being very slack in the quality of any of the people they send out. These girls were over and above everything I could have possibly hoped for— and I am a man that sets the bar high! If you’re looking for any project at all around your home, at least give them a chance to talk to you. You simply can’t do better. Their professionalism, their warmth and friendliness and above all, their expertise is everything you could hope for when you retain someone to work on your home. God used them to teach me a lesson about judging a book by its cover, lol. Again, I don’t mean to “gush” but you do not know how refreshing it is to get people who show up on time, who “know their stuff” and are warm and friendly to boot. They ARE my “ go to” professionals for any future work I have on my home. Thank you, girls. You are, as they say, “above and beyond.” Your father must be very proud of both of you."

"Just had the initial diagnostic visit. I was given terrible news (I'll probably end up getting a new furnace $$$), but the technician Ricky was wonderful. He was extremely polite, professional, and friendly. He did a very thorough inspection and then gave me a very thorough explanation of the problems. This included photos he took on the spot of some internal parts (oil leakage, heavy dust & dirt, stress markings).... at no point did I feel like I couldn't trust what he was telling or showing me. He answered every question I had. He went into the "attic" of my Eichler to check the ductwork (via a 14" hole in the closet ceiling, into space so shallow and tight I have no idea how the ductwork was ever even installed), and came out with photos to show me. The company was easy to work with when I had to change appointments, sent me email and text confirmations of everything, and gave me a day-before reminder of the appointment. I had an 8a- 11a window and received a text at 7:50a letting me know the technician was on his way, with a photo of him included. Perfect, perfect, perfect. The visit was $89 but reduced to $39 because I signed up for the MVP membership: $107 for a year which gets me all kinds of free services plus discounts on everything else. It even includes services on my water heater which they did not install! Additionally, they have some really good guarantees, MVP or not. Before leaving he called the office, explained all he'd found, and handed me the phone to set up an appointment with a "comfort specialist". Ariel (on the phone) was also extremely polite, professional, and friendly. These people are trained right! Or they're hiring very well. So, I will be meeting with someone to discuss repairs vs. replacement options. No repair work has been done yet (although Ricky did do a temporary fix that is allowing me to get some heat), so I can't fully review the company. But thus far I'm 100% pleased. This is probably the best experience I've ever had with any kind of repair technician. I've never used them before and have also never written a review before. The experience was just that good. I'll write another when I've finished with them just to give a full review, but so far perfect!"

"They destroyed the whole pipes that caused flooding to my neighbors. The water was off and every other day we need to go out to the street to turn it on. This company denied the responsibility but later reimbursed me for the first leak repair after employee acknowledging doing partial work. This project aims to address and fix the extensive leaks. Must be completely replaced, cause of leaks appears to be from over heating of the copper as locations are at ALL connections and bends in the pipe, too much to patch. "Austin did a great job finding and repairing a leak in a second floor wall that came from the attic and ran down to the first floor ceiling. Required much removal and repair. Excellent job! Austin also rerouted a drain pipe and repaired copper plumbing. I will call Austin, Dust's Artisan Plumbing and Remodeling, again for other projects in my house. Excellent work, Austin!"

"It was my fault that decided to install the solar system with Honey's air solar.jest because of good reviews web.I didn't expect them to have no experience , every city follows the law of installation . From the beginning to decision to installation was made in January 20022. As result task completed at the end of October 2022. It was irresponsible for the workers to find the installation. made holes or sabotage for the wall. multiple times with the installation manager via email and phone. promise it will fix . Now say that's it. not taking responsibility. Maybe the company specialized heating or air condition not solar."

"Let me start by saying that I went thru three other companies and thier prices were really high up there. I was ready to give up on a dream that I have had for years . My children are all moved out and I thought I can finally reface my kitchen . … but the quotes I was getting were depressing …. But my son suggested Angie’s List 😀… I have never tried Angie’s List before so I thought what the heck … well to my surprise I called three companies out of Angie’s List and one of them was Wiseman Home Improvements . I am so glad I chose them to work on my kitchen . Phil came gave and estimate but I had seen two before him … needless to say … Phil sent me an estimate and it was right within my budget …. I was so happy we started April 1 thought at first it was an April Fools joke … but it wasn’t 😀. Phil worked with me on picking my counter and floor and back splash …. Phil is a cool dude . Than came Ryan really nice man . He coordinated the crew … he has an awesome crew … I met Cameron … Raul … Duane… Stan … and others bit can’t remember their names but they are all a nice group . Ryan makes sure everything is done correctly and drops in here and there makes sure all is going well . I have no complaints my kitchen looks beautiful… I’m so happy with the results . I would hire Wiseman Home Improvements without a hesitation . Now I hired them to do my patio door. In the near future if I decide to remodel another room in my house Wiseman will be the ones I call. Very please with the work they did … they are very professional and ready to work when they show up . Kudos to all the crew and Wiseman Home Improvements."
