"Repair a hole in leather jacket sleeve"

"Did a great job and very knowledgeable."

"Brilliant!! Beautiful job, great price, great delivery AND when there was a small misunderstanding about the order, they resolved it quickly and nicely. That was the key...knowing how a business fixes things!! Great people."

"Krispy Clean, Inc. did a very nice job with my carpeting and couch cleaning project. However, when I first made the appointment they failed to put it on the books and the technician never showed up. When we called to request an ETA, we ended up having to reschedule for a later date--after we had already cleared all of the furniture out!"

"Andy showed up 15 mins. early, which was fine. He set about measuring right away, and told me what my cost would be. He vacuumed the whole area to be cleaned, which I appreciated, as some companies expect the customer to vacuum first. The cleaning process was quick and efficient, and very effective, as the pet stains and odors I had were all gone. Also, the carpet is dry right away, rather than hours later like some treatments. Andy was professional, pleasant, and efficient, and had some advice for me about treatment of future stains. I will definitely use them again."

"Courteous and competent operator cleaned my rugs at at an affordable charge."

"awesome customer service showed up on time, clean carpets nice people."

"Did a good job with cleaning. Explained what they were doing throughout the process. Kept hoses picked up during the cleaning and made sure things were back in place when finished."

"I am very satisfied with the work that they did."
