"They came, and were on time. They knew immediately that the issue was: a capacitor failure. They had a replacement with them. They had installed within 15 minutes or so. The only complaint was the charge for replacing the ~$30 capacitor was $322, which was added on top of the $105 diagnostic charge. No one expects to get parts at cost with free installation. but charging 1,000% of the part's cost feels like I was taken advantage of. The total cost was $427 for fixing a $30 item. I will never recommend this company, and will warn people to stay away if they have a choice."

I wanted them to also install/replace some switches and outlets in my home, which I not had time to do. I am hoping they actually did the electrical correctly, as my heater has now tripped the breaker since the install. I would probably not use them in the future for other services if needed. "

"Not the same Lee?s Plumbing you remember. In late 2025, they got bought by Any Hour Services. Now they have a multi-level customer service and dispatch system, and it?s much more frustrating to work with. The customer reps seemed pretty clueless, and I?ve received two ?we see you cancelled your service? texts when I in fact did not cancel, and the service tech has completed the service, and I paid. I had to work through a long and tedious process to arrange for service, during which they tried to upsell me three times for stuff I did not want. At least you can get updates on where your technician is, and the repair itself, in the end, was professionally done. I get it, we live in a modern world now, and repair-distant customer reps are a necessary part of the equation. Just wish I could call up the old mom-and-pop operation and tell them how much I appreciated the care they took with all their long-time customers."

"Mixed results. Called late on a Sunday night. He answered the phone, said would be there first thing the next morning. Showed up when he said he would, cleaned the drained. He marked the pipe locations, but they were incorrect. BUT, he is very overpriced and rude if you question anything about what he's doing or if you need anything more (including information) after he's left the premises. His rudeness and unwillingness to help with information contributed to us losing a contract on our house."
