"Did a $59 consult only. Turned out the cost of repairing the old heater was almost as much as a new one, so we got a new one, and handled the install ourselves. Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

"Great experience, he responded in a timely manner, showed up on time and was extremely knowledgeable. My water heater was fixed and is working amazing, when another company told me it needed to be replaced altogether."

"Unbelievable customer service. I’ve needed a new water heater for a while, been calling around for quotes. And this was the best!! They came out within a day and took out the old water heater and installed the new one within a few hours. Their customer service was top notch, their install was great and their clean up was very thorough and best of all was the price!"

"Issac was quick to respond to our distress call on Sunday, August 15, 2021. @12:25 pm. Our A O water heater and Whirlpool water softener started leaking all over the garage in our track home development In Redhawk Temecula. Issac was very helpful and professional. He picked up a new 75 Gallon A O replacement water heater and installed the same weekend day! Highly recommend Issac Mailhot Plumbing & Contracting. You will not be disappointed!! Robert & Michele Merk"

"I have my regular plumber but wanted a second quote so I went on the Angie app. They recommended several plumbers to install an automatic water main valve shut off unit that I needed for my homeowners. AXP contacted me on a Sunday and had a technician out by 9:00 on Monday. Felipe was wonderful and gave me an extremely reasonable quote. His boss, Albert came with parts and they did the work. Came across some excessive root problems but fixed the issue that made the job harder and longer but they got the job done!! Very professional and kept me abreast every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company!"

"Haidee is very professional, she explained everything very clear. She is good in giving me choices, install the next day. Thank you."

"Service Flow Plumbing did an excellent job flushing my tankless water heater at a very reasonable cost. Rose provided outstanding customer service from start to finish, and Andrew—the technician who performed the flushing—was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and sure to explain everything clearly. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend their team!"

"new toilet install and pressure valve replacement. Quick and effecient"
