"The crew of three worked about five days all told. Arrived early  and on time, worked steadily and quietly all five days. Took careful pains to keep the site clean and after finishing, even vacuumed the soil and plantings to remove chips and dust. The job was finished on time and with no noise or racket, even though a masonry wall was being demolished. The whole crew was cheerful and polite throughout.
It could not have been done better, and the results were exactly as described in the detailed contract. Hard to imagine a better job. the only possible criticism was that Thomas is a little pricey, but everything was done according to the contracts and on time."

"Joe uses very good judgement in all my repairs. He quickly responded to this service call placed by the tenant. He assessed the age of the water heater and advised it was past it's useful life and recommended replacing.
He does service calls on all my rentals from minor repairs to complete remodeling. His judgement is good on what needs fixing or replacing. His rates are very fair plus his quick turn around of the homes gets vacant rentals back on the market quickly. He always treats my calls as important whether they are a small repair like a garbage disposal gone bad or a roof that's leaking and that needs replacing. He is my go-to guy for all service calls."

He was knowledgeable about the windows and explained the differences so I could make the best choice for the money I had to spend. The windows were replaced and I'm happy with my beautiful new sliding door. The work was done quickly and my home was left in great condition. I had no clean up to do after the workers finished. Tom helped me process all the paperwork and arranged for financing , also very helpful. I would use this company again and I would ask to work with Tom Cohen. In addition to replacing the tiles, he fixed other tiles that were previously repaired by another company. He was efficient and did an awesome job.
