Good - the carpet is great and they did a fantastic job on the installation. It looks wonderful.

The only annoying thing is that they charge extra for everything, including $100 a room to move and replace your furniture. That seemed like a lot. We are seniors and can't move it ourselves, and $100 for both rooms would have seemed more reasonable. But the installers were excellent - they did everything right and cleaned up after themselves nicely.

"I had coupon for 3 rooms + hallway----I seem to recall it was for $125.. Carpets were badly stained, and required DEEP cleaning. Once he was there, he agreed to do whole apt. for $100, which was far below even his extremely reasonable "coupon" price.
Not only was his price unbelievably low, but he was timely, courteous, AND his work made the apartment look like it had just been re-carpeted!!
This service was TERRIFIC in every respect.

"We bought a home that had original hardwood floors under the carpeting. We pulled up the carpeting on our own to reveal quite a few dark stains from pets. Tai came and gave us a bid that was almost half of what other companies bid, and was able to start work earlier than the other bids as well. It took about a week- and the smell was very strong (inside) for a few days afterwards, but was completely gone by the time we were ready to move in. My 60 year old floors look brand new! I build custom shower pans using PVC liner so it's 100% waterproof which is a must .. most setters are using products like redgard that don't give that 100 percent guarantee that the shower pan is waterproof and leakproof I give free estimates I am in the San Jose area. I do from full kitchen remodels to slabs floors outside decks, full bathroom, remodels, etc. have references and previous customers and numbers if needed to get a firsthand notification on how my work is. I have a team I also work with ... an amazing plumber who's prices can't be beat.. but yeah, just looking to take on some extra work and hope to hear from everybody soon.
