They will pull the necessary building permit, include their liability insurance, worker comp insurance and warranty included in the contract, Highly recommended if you need your roof to look at for repair/installation!"

"We had a partially flat roof that had a known issue with a leak where it met a vertical wall. On inspection we learned the old tar and gravel surface as a whole generally had issues requiring attention, as did the nonexistent or inadequate flashings. Looking for a roofer, we found Lifetime had the best price and high reviews. When Tony and Dylan came out to look at the situation and discuss fixes, we found that they listened well and came up with great solutions to the parts of our roof that needed repair and did not try to oversell us to fix the parts of our roof that were in good repair. Lifetime pulled the permit and got the team to work right away under the supervision of project manager Tony. He ably supervised the team and communicated progress daily in person or by email/text or both. He answered our questions and made sure the crew cleaned up, including ensuring they honored the city’s restriction on gas-powered blowers. All in all a job well done for a reasonable price. "DS Roofing came out to repair a roof leak on our flat top gravel roof. The owner of DS Roofing came to check where the leak was coming from. He found the flashing around the chimney was not sealed properly. DS Roofing made the repairs and we no longer had rain coming into the bedroom and living room! "The inspection was performed and received quotes additional services like cleaning gutters and such but the prices requestes was way too high to consider using them for this service.
They came back about a month later to fix few loose tiles on the side of the roof. They fixed the cement tile tiles by putting nailed at the bottom of the tiles. Unfortunately, I was not present during the repair of the tiles. I though it was a little strange when I cam back home and saw the result of the repair. I got other contractors to come and inspect the house for other work and they all mentioned this does not look right.
I would not recommend this company. They were ok with price on the original deal on Angie's list but I am not sure how long this repair will last.
