He wasn't sure who to call except for Whirlpool Factory reps so I decided to look up local appliance repair in the area on Angie's List as we had a good experience using the services for tree repair. After researching the local repair companies and reviews, I decided to go with Sam as he was a local owner and had great reviews as we wanted someone my father in law could trust. I called Sam at 8am and explained the situation and he called my father in law and arraigned for a 10am meeting. When Sam got there, he made him feel relaxed and talked about family etc and got right down to fixing the refrigerator. My father in law was concerned that he may need a new refrigerator but within a hour, Sam had the leaking water fixed, cleaned out the freezer part and had it back to working order even telling him that this was a good refrigerator and they don't make the new ones like this one. Sam left his cad and my father in law smiling and satisfied Thank you Sam!

"The final result was Someone who said he was Sunny, but signed my receipt Bill did fix the problem and the machine is working just fine.(40 minute repair for a $175.00, flat rate) A word of caution. They advertise on their website they know Bosch, not too sure about that. For some reason the softner dispenser will never drain. I did ask Sunny/alias Bill about that. Unable to diagnose. I was going to have him look at the dryer, but changed my mind. Sunny/Alias Bill was a very Honest/ nice person and I would not want to reflect a negative review on him. However, Sunny Appliance Repair, the bill did not reflect the discount. Not a good way to win over a new customer! I would use them again with a repair I already understand whats wrong, however not for any type of maintenance repair"
