"Overall the job went well and we are pleased with the fence and gates. They look fantastic. They showed up and completed the work when they said they would. These are your guys if you want a basic fence/gate done correctly at a fair price and done on time. They would call every evening to touch base and make sure that we were happy with the work and to discuss any issues that popped up. They were very serious and professional about their work. I do have a few negative comments but nothing that would stop me from hiring them again. The first is that my neighbor had asked me to ask them for the second time to remove some hardware left over from the old fence on the neighbors side. I asked them to remove it of which they said they would. When I asked my neighbor if they had removed the hardware he said they did not. The second issue is that they left a few mounds of dirt in some of my planter beds. Now this is not a big deal for us because we do not have nice planter beds. I could see someone being upset if they had nice plantings and they were to get ruined. But I think the pros outweighed any cons and we have a beautiful fence to prove it."

"The project went very well, especially considering the steep slope in out back yard where the fence was going.  The estimator came out and gave us a reasonable estimate and an availability that fit our schedule.  <br /> <br /> When the installation crew arrived, they got right to work removing the old fence without damaging the flower borders.  All posts were cemented in place and everything was checked so it was straight.  There were a couple of points of confusion between the estimators plans and the crew's understanding of the project - but they were very flexible and modified the design on the spot. <br /> <br /> <br />"

They were very good at communicating. They called every morning and let me know what was going on. My tenant said they were quiet and fast. They had the best price. "I called Good Neighbor to see if they could fix a bad contractor's metal work on my gate.  After describing my problem, Alan Kelly asked that I email pictures so he could assess the problem.  He called me back immediately, diagnosed the problem, and advised me to hire a handyman with metal working skills since the problem was actually easier than I predicted, which would be a more practical and cost effective option. <br /> Sounds like a small thing, but there are many contractors out there who wouldn't even have bothered to call back once they knew the job was too small, or even worse, who would have seen this as an opportunity to fleece someone...to do minor work and overcharge a customer who doesn't know any better.  Alan took great pains to not only investigate my problem, but he followed through and called me back to explain the solution, and made sure I understood the details of how to proceed.   <br /> I would absolutely hire Good Neighbor for any future work because honesty, integrity and professionalism are so rare nowadays. Those are values that you cannot put a price tag on. <br />"

"I can see why they have such great reviews. They are a great company and have literally thought out every problem that could happen in advance and took care of it. The fence looks great. The only feedback I would provide them is that they should be more flexible with their estimate days/times as its tough to make a Monday through Friday business hour time work. They're busy, so I had trouble getting an estimate day/time that worked with my busy schedule. I was patient and it paid off. :) <br />"

"We couldn't have been happier with 4 Seasons Remodeling & Design. Jacob came out to give us a bid on our kitchen, dining room, and family room remodel. The quote was very detailed. There was no "Oh, it should be around this much." It was clear with each item priced out. He was professional, thorough, and had great ideas. Jacob was our project manager. He was very responsive and communicated with us during every step of the remodel. He let us know what and who to expect with each phase. They were on time and budget. So rare these days, but they made it happen! Though they did not provide and install the kitchen cabinets, they worked closely with the cabinetmaker to ensure that everything went smoothly. They did everything else, though: floors, ceilings, removed the fluorescent and installed new lighting, plumbing, electrical, new gas line to the stovetop, baseboards, wall repair, paint, door & window installation, outdoor stucco repair, trim, framing, etc. Everyone who came to our home was extremely kind and professional. We wouldn't have wanted anyone else to do this. We can't wait for them to start our master bathroom."
