"Garage door spring replaced August of last year. Called this morning (Jan. 2018) and woman denied having any record of my prior sale/repair/purchase, said "they do not work for private individuals." Phone connection was incredibly poor, she called back. Service before seemed fine. I suspect the same spring broke, but there's no way I will call this company again for service "they only work for companies" and she kept asking over and over and over again the same questions - my name, address....saying they had no record. (Fine - happy to move on....no need for rude service providers.)"

"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. "Sonrise Fence Company was able to put up the fence I requested on a challenging backyard with unfinished landscaping. I appreciated that I could call or text the salesman Chase with any questions, as well as the Foreman for the fence installation Corey. I also liked the fact that when I first called up and left a message (as well as emailed) with my initial request for a fence quote, I was called back right away by Jennifer. (I have called and left messages for other construction businesses and often never hear back.) The final product is sturdy and attractive.

I would suggest that when they send out a salesman to give a quote, they also send out a foreman or one of the fence builders to look and see if there are any challenges that need to be addressed before they put up the fence so things won't get delayed.

Overall, I recommend their business and would use them again.
