"We were sold a cleaner for the floors that needs to be diluted. We calculated the dilution to be 3 tsp to 25 oz of water after purchase. The cleaner was supposed to be given to us at time of cleaning but was only mailed to us after the job was completed when we learned of the dilution rate. We will never use the whole bottle of cleaner in our lifetimes due to the amount of cleaner and dilution requirements. It cost $50.00. Grout on kitchen floor looked a little better, while the cleaning of grouting on bathroom floors was done better. When I questioned the tech regarding the kitchen grout on the floor he said it would look lighter after it was dry. It didn't. Some type of white flecks were left on the kitchen cabinets that needed cleaning after the tech left. The main problem was that a fine crack reappeared in the kitchen granite behind the kitchen sink and ran to the back of the bay window. This crack had previously been repaired at the time of the crack and was not visible until after the work was done by Sureshine. Sureshine owner and tech had been notified before the work was done by them that there had been a crack shortly after the granite was installed and repaired at that time. Whatever Sureshine did reopened the fine crack. Sergio came on 04/27/2017 and looked at the fine crack and said it was barely visible and nothing would be done by them to repair it. He then immediately left. We will now have to hire a company to repair the crack. UPDATE - A second new crack on the front of the sink was only discovered after Sergio came out regarding the appearance of the crack line behind the kitchen sink. We feel that the crack in front of the sink must have occurred due to pressure created by the tech when the caulking was removed. UPDATE 5/24/2017: The owner Ted McFadden came out yesterday for 2 1/2 hours on the granite and the crack in front of the sink, you can see it but it is less visible, and the crack on the front is smoothed out and is not visible, and he was very cordial. He was very very gracious."

"It went well. The work is labor-intensive and relatively expensive, so we settled on just having the shower stall, tile around the bathtub faucet, and the grout around the sink and adjacent tile done, which were the worst areas. Julio worked hard and did a very good job (I gave him a B on quality, but that is due more to the age of the tile than Julio's efforts). He was very easy to communicate with, and even brought by an extra amount of grout touch up after the job was done, when I asked for it. I am happy with the results, and they have held up well during the past nine months."

"Fantastic. Everything (granite & marble) looks brand new. These guys know what they are doing and they do it very, very well. We have a home in Hancock park with granite kitchen countertops, polished white & black granite tile in one bathroom, and tumbled marble (one bathroom is white tumbled marble - the other cream) in the other two... and a Batchelder tile fireplace. From stains, to dirt that had migrated under the edges into the tile edges of the white tumbled marble, cracked grout, cracked tile, and so much more, it was all done in two days and done to perfection. They cleaned up beautifully each day too, taking care at the beginning of each day to lay tarps down from the front door in over our hard wood floors. It’s hard to find guys like this. We’ve been through loads of construction over the last 20 years, from initial total remodel (from replacing all plumbing, electric, gutting the kitchen and bathrooms, refinishing wood floors, new roof and going all-solar) to adding a master addition, so I’ve seen it all. "Robert was right on time for the appointment and did a very thorough job cleaning my carpets. Most other companies don't tend to the level of detail that Robert did, such as moving furniture to clean underneath and behind nightstands, couches, etc. He was very nice and pleasant to work with -- I'd definitely hire him again. He also does other things, such as tile and grout work and upholstery cleaning, which I plan to use in the near future. Great job!"

"they were on time, very clean (although I had to ask for them to clean up the wood floors). However, I asked to remove water stains on our terracotta floors and the sales rep thought we would see a big difference and unfortunately, we did not. In fact, there are now brush strokes on our tiles and they are slick due to the sealant. The technicians told me this was the very best that they could do, and I believed them, but I was hoping for much better results. <br />"

"This was the best experience I have ever had with any contractor!  Larry, the owner, came out, gave me an estimate, and thoroughly explained what they would do. Larry suggested that I mark specific chips, scratches, etc. before the crew came so they could be sure not to miss them.  We discussed the best way to protect nature stone and why scratches occur, even in the most careful homes.  I showed him the products I had been using and he researched one that was unfamiliar to him.  He explained the differences in stone care products.  He sells a cleaning product that he recommends, but doesn't push.  BTW, when I asked to buy their product, hIs crew didn't have any unopened containers with them on the day of repairs, so one employee went to the shop and brought a bottle to me after he finished his work that afternoon.  Talk about above and beyond!  <br /> Upon (on time) arrival, the uniformed crew of three asked me to show them the work areas: 1. huge peninsula kitchen counter, 2. large master bath floor, counters, tub fascia and tall backsplash, and 3.another bathroom countertop .  They offered to remove their shoes when they saw I wasn't wearing any.  They verified everything Larry had told me.  I showed them one countertop I had forgotten in the quote.  They gave me an estimate and then called Larry to confirm.  They immediately got to work, covering/taping off all adjacent areas so other surfaces wouldn't get wet or damaged. They extended this care around corners and doorways to prevent any possible splatter from getting on anything.  They even masked off a bathtub!  Two of the workers headed off in different directions and the third assisted.  They touched base with me frequently to show each step and asked for input. They explained when things couldn't be repaired, such as stone anomalies.  There were several minute nicks that they said they would try to fill, but doubted that the filler would stick--some did, others didn't.  Larry had warned me about this, so I wasn't surprised.  I was surprised that they made every effort to fill them anyway.  As they were finishing up in the kitchen, one worker wiped down my hardwood floors to remove shoe prints and water droplets.  When I asked if the kitchen had been sealed yet, I was told no.  Then the worker who did it returned and said he had.  He did another coat so I would know for sure, even when I said it wasn't necessary.  (The sheen is different in the kitchen and I thought the sealant is what creates the sheen. They explained that the sheen comes from the polishing step.) <br /> I highly recommend Fuller Stone Care for any natural stone repairs, polishing, and/or sealing that you may need.  I told them I would be calling them the next time I need their service.....probably in five or so years!  They recommended other do-it-yourself products to use in the meantime."

"Chris showed up on time for the estimate and was very knowledgeable and helpful in providing me answers to some of the sealing questions I had about the tile and brick that I recently had installed by another contractor. He gave me a written estimate on the spot, and we were able to book an appointment fairly quickly given his booked schedule. Due to weather we had to reschedule, but on the rescheduled date of the work Chris' crew showed up on time. Chris also showed up to re-confirm the specifics of the job, and then his crew finished everything in one day. The work his company did on our brick looks amazing, and has made a marked improvement on the look of our brick pathway, driveway and firepit. His crew also cleaned and buffed (there's a more technical term, but I've forgotten it) and grouted some very expensive outdoor cement tile that had been sitting out exposed for several months. They look like new now!"
