The current driveway was not installed correctly when the house was built in 1993, so it took a great deal more time to remove and replace the correct way. The existing step from our front porch and slope of the sidewalk were out of code and a potential insurance nightmare. Again, Robert and his team made sure to communicate this to us and worked tirelessly to install the steps and walkway. Robert has great relationships with the local City and permit officials as well as subcontractors - this was incredibly important to our scope of work. We would recommend (and have recommended!) his company to anyone in the area and will consider him first in the future for any work."

Chris and his crew meticulously restored the concrete and reused all of our pavers which were still in good shape. "They gave us a very competitive bit. They are a very reputable company. They shy away from the newest trends. They follow tried and true things. They are not a company that is going to fall easily in to some new product to push on their customers. They were able to easily cover our porch with no problem. They were very comfortable and confident. They have a very specific process for steps that they use. They have a giant piece of concrete and then cover them with your material. They don't offer services they are not experts in. The downside is there are some things they are leery with doing some things they are not familiar with. They are a little low on the creativity side. You will get something that is solid and made to last. They didn't really follow a plan that I had drawn up by another company. I don't think we would have had that issue if they were following their own plan. I think they are an outstanding company.Their quality and workmanship is awesome. They know how to lay a patio that is going to last you. You won't have sink holes or problems. If you want a job to been done well then they are a great company. They are very nice. They are not pushy at all. hey are competitive. They don't have very good ideas that are aesthetically pleasing."

"<p>Gabe provided us a quote that beat competitors for a similar scope of work and with higher quality materials and finishes.  We originally were considering a stamped concrete patio for durability and ease of maintenance, with the inclusion of paver seating walls.  When Gabe came to the equation, we were surprised to learn that he could construct a paver patio (preferred, but typically more expensive in our research) for less than other's were quoting.  But, for that same price his included seating walls, gas fire-pit (which was significant upcharge for other contractors) and lighting package along with all the landscaping to go with.</p> <p>His crew is professional and hard working.  They take attention to detail seriously, and we couldn't be more pleased with the finished product.  Everyone who sees it is amazed, and I don't hesitate to give credit to Kleinhenz and the crew.  In fact, we were so pleased with the value provided and work performed, that we are retaining them again this Spring to renovate the landscaping in front of the home.</p> <p><br /></p> <br />"

"We had used Jeff Allison for other landscaping before but asked him to consider a plan to replace our rotting deck wth a paver patio. He had the vision for not only the patio of which we were thinking but also putting a second patio toward the back of the property that would provide an amazing focal point. The second patio replaced a mulch bed that was boring and the idea was incredible. We asked Jeff to complete the patio by a particular Ohio State game so we could host a party and he worked his tail off to make sure that it happened. He brought in sub-contractors for the electrical and construction of the pergola and those subs were also professional, high quality people. Jeff and his workers always show up on time, are very, very professional and do high quality work. This was a very big job that was done in top-rate fashion and on time! Jeff is one of the only contractors I've worked with that arrives when he says he's going to, sticks to the original budget and completes the work on time.
