"Kevin came out to give us an estimate for new windows and my husband hired him on the spot. We told him that we wanted to get new gutters and gutter covers, but he told us to get our insurance company to look at our roof first before we discuss gutters, because from what he saw there was some damage. He did not even want to discuss gutters, so we booked him for the windows. We ended up getting a new roof and new gutters from our insurance company that they installed for us and they all look great. Bordner was so patient and Kevin worked with us while we kept waiting for our insurance company to release the rest of our money. He also helped us get the best rate for our windows from a reliable loan company. The is the first winter since being in our house where our Furnace is not constantly running, and we do not have to put plastic over our toddler windows. I called Mark McCumber, the owner, in late November after researching on Angie's list. I liked the idea they were a small business, and the same workers had been with him for several years. I wanted to be on his schedule before the warm weather hit. We set a target for last week in December 2016 or the first half of January 2017 subject to weather. Throughout the wait for a good weather day, Mark and I kept in touch. Additionally, we are planning to have our house painted later this year. I did not want these gutter removed and reinstalled by painters, so I asked Mark if he could paint the trim behind the gutters and downspouts. For an extra $150, that was a no-brainer. Unfortunately, this caused a one week delay, because there is no way to paint in 39-degree weather. But, one week later, they were done in about a half-day. Things could not have gone more perfectly."

"My salesman, Phil Brenner, is a godsend. He coordinated three projects that I needed to have done to my home: roofing, new gutters and painting the outside of my home. He coordinated the projects and came by regularly to see that the jobs were being done. Additionally, a representative of Roofing Force called me regularly to make sure I was happy with job thus far. The crews were professionals. Carlos, the painting supervisor, even climbed onto a steep faux slate roof after dark to paint a cupola! Impressive!"

The beginning: The estimate and contract were handled professionally by Cory. After appropriate down payment was provided, materials were delivered as promised. Cory had told us that it could take 5 to 6 weeks to finish the job; however Mario and his crew did the job in less than two weeks. Very quick and efficient. We couldn't believe how hard this siding crew worked - they arrived promptly in the early morning and worked until dark, cleaning up every evening before they left. This house is a very large house that has over 4,000 sq. ft. of siding.

The crew did their best to strip off only what they could cover that day, and never left our house unprotected during the installation cycle. We had a few rainy days during the project, but the crew worked through and around the storms. Mario and the rest of the SRS installation crew worked with me and handled all of my various questions satisfactorily along the way.

After the siding and trim were installed, all seams were caulked with matching materials. Then the remaining trim - soffits, fascia and gutters were painted.

A side note: this project started out in the spring as a simple paint job, and after a hail and wind storm interrupted the project it changed into a siding repair and paint to one end of the house. When it was discovered that the siding could not be matched, Cory worked with us and the insurance company to come to a satisfactory settlement that resulted in a complete siding replacement for the entire house. It took some convincing for the insurance company, but Cory stuck with it working with the adjusters and my agent to reach a satisfactory result. During this tiring and frustrating process, Cory hung in and revised the estimates and contracts to match our needs. Real customer service!

The Result: The house looks like a new house, better than it has ever looked - even on the day it was completed 28 years ago. I personally read every page of the James Hardie installation manual for certified installers, and to the best of my knowledge Mario and his crew followed the recommendations to the letter. We are very pleased with how nice the house looks, now. Our house is the talk of the neighborhood.
