"First the salesman lied about the windows. I called Champion about outside noise. the salesman Mike came to my house and I took him to 3 rooms and he heard the outside noise when standing in front of the windows. I had triple pane windows he said that the windows were not good and that with Champion windows I would barely hear any noise. I had 2 windows side by side and he said that if I get a slider that it would also reduce the noise. He gave me a price of over $5,000.00 for three windows. I said that if the windows would reduce the noise to that level then put them in. After the windows were installed the noise level was worst that before the windows were installed. I have been trying to get my money back since January 2024 it is now December 2024. They keep saying that they are sorry about this but they have not gave me my money back. I am a senior citizen and do not have money to give this company and not get what was promised . Do not do buy windows from this company."

"The original reason I chose Average Joe's was the consultation and estimate process. Everything was covered so thoroughly, the process from beginning to end, even things we didn't think of asking. Our deck turned out so well and we love it! We get compliments on it all the time and we're happy we chose a composite replacement. A special "thank you" to Adrian who fixed a piece of our siding - it was hidden by the old deck, but it had come loose and he fixed it before I could even ask him the following morning. And to Christian, who put our patio umbrella back on the deck - I have a bad lower back, so his help was so appreciated!! It's the little things like this that are the reasons I will definitely be using them again for other projects."

"I hired JP and Sons several months ago for a partial bathroom remodel. The price was good, he was respectful, punctual and considerate and I really enjoyed working with him. However right after the project was complete, I noticed the new showerhead leaks and the new bathtub/shower made cracking noises when someone was in it. He came out twice and did not resolve the issue but said it wasn't a problem. Now a few months in, the tub is shifting, along with cracking and will need to be professionally repaired. This experience has been disheartening. I do not recommend JP and Sons Remodeling. "

Explained what we were looking for in our basement remodel and they worked with us to get exactly what we wanted for a reasonable cost. Quality of work is fantastic, and stuck to the original timeline perfectly. Dave checks in everyday to make sure everything's progressing which is very appreciated especially having worked with other contractors in the past who are extremely difficult to get ahold of. Very satisfied with all aspects, and would recommend to everyone."
