"Courteous, professional and definite craftsman. If you want your kitchen countertops prepped and installed correctly you should contact J.T. Marble & Granite Designs. I have heard from friends that contractors left them in the lurch for months while sorting things out and waiting for other jobs to be completed. This was definitely not the case. Our entire job from the first phone call to finish was completed in less than three weeks (including our week long trip out of town) by this awesome team. These guys are probably not the cheapest, and if that is your priority please take into consideration the following. Change orders were handled without any drama and two punch list items (microwave installation and cabinet/drawer pulls) were both completed without additional cost. "Stuff happens, and this business knows how to handle it! We had a stain on the ceiling. Ofri from BTB came over and turned on the water from the upstairs bathtub and then the shower stall. The ceiling became moist after the shower was turned on. Ofri then came back with a plumber. He turned on the upstairs bathtub. After they left, water dripped from the ceiling. Ofri had the plumber immediately send over a team for a service call. They broke open a hole in the ceiling and found that a pipe leading to the bathtub was so rusty it had holes. They took videos showing other pipes leading to the bathtub were also very rusty. While the team was still there, Ofri gave us prices, sent over the paperwork and the pipes were replaced within a of couple hours. Fabulous! Ofri had thought it would take a lot longer to complete the plumbing work. Therefore, her pricing did not align with the actual work performed. She brought in Alon, who substantially reduced the price to our satisfaction. Their responsiveness and reasonableness earned them my highest rating. Thank you Ofri, Alon and the BTB team!"
