"Did a $59 consult only. Turned out the cost of repairing the old heater was almost as much as a new one, so we got a new one, and handled the install ourselves. Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

"I had my tankless water heater serviced by Daniel W. Daniel was throughly professional during his entire visit. I would highly recommend Wester Rooter for all of your plumbing needs."

"Joe cleared the sink drain and turned the water off because I needed a new faucet. The old one was leaking and it was an expensive faucet so the repair would be expensive. I needed a new faucet because that one was corroded. He also checked the toilet to see if the water flow was o.k. and it was. Next I went out to Home Depot and purchased another wide spread faucet. Called Joe and he came out to install it. He is very courteous and efficient. He answered all of my questions. I would definitely hire Phill's Plumbing again."

"In the process of buying a home, we had Tony’s to give an estimate on the inspection report items found. Even though he was busy he arranged his time to fit it into his day. His quote was reasonable. After buying the house we hired Tony’s to do the inspection repairs and was able to get an appt quickly. Chris and Winston were very nice and professional. It took longer to complete the job but that happens. On one of the days they were to come back to work, we had appts at the DMV so I arranged for Chris to drive over and pick up the house key so they could work while we were stuck waiting. The work they did passed the city’s inspection as well. Just as Chris and Winston were finishing up the job, the pilot light go out on the water heater. Thankfully the tank was still under warranty so the part was free. Once the part came in Paul was able to install it that day, which was a Fri so we would have hot water over the weekend. Mandie, Angie and Karen were a huge help during the whole process and are all very nice. I truly appreciated their patience with working with me through it all! We are also working with Tony’s to have the sewer pipe repaired and my interaction with John, who is their pro for this type of work has been super nice and patient while explaining things to me and answering my questions on the subject. This repair is still in the strategic stage as the city is involved but I have no doubts in John’s ability to fix the repairs. We also are immensely appreciative in his efforts working with the city! I definitely recommend Tony’s! They will be our plumber for as long as we live here!"

"I have been using Burris Brothers Plumbing, and heating for years. They have done everything from unclogged drains to fixing faucets to installing a tankless, hot water heater. They are Professional, highly skilled, reasonable and reliable. I refer them to anyone that asks for a great Plumber. I cannot recommend them enough."

"I really appreciated how quickly Robert responded to my calls for service. Initially, I wanted a non-functioning water softener system removed. Robert scheduled the work to be performed within a couple of days of my request. My family was very pleased that his team could haul away the old water softener tank, and that they left the vacant area in such great condition. A few days later, I needed immediate help with a "running", leaky toilet. His team was on site within an hour of my request and quickly resolved the problems. In both cases, Roberts efforts to address our needs in the time frame we needed, the quality of work, and friendliness of everyone involved was outstanding."

"The team was professional, efficient and understood and executed the repairs without delay."

"They called us quickly and got a plumber out within a few days. Super thorough - tested all pipes and water sources to diagnose the problem. They were able to perform maintenance on most bathrooms the same day and improve the water temperature in our showers. Gave helpful, non-biased advice on potential further plumbing improvements. We will likely call this company again for any and all future plumbing needs."

"My tankless water heater failed the day before the Thursday Thanksgiving holiday, which made it much more difficult to obtain service in the next few days, due to holiday closures. However Christian at Clear All Rooter managed to schedule a service call on Friday and come back on Monday morning with his team to install the new water heater. I was pleased with the way they handled the challenges and restored my service expertly and as quickly as they could."

"Jerod and Ryan installed my new tankless water heater quickly. They went above and beyond in getting our hot water back online."
