We are doing a garage, bedroom, and entryway addition and planning to live at the house during the build (we're crazy maybe). Extremely responsive, patient to help us understand design choices and physical limitations and delivered us a beautiful final concept. He then help scale back the plans for a phased approach project (Contractor portion and DIY). Delivered full 2D, 3D, cross sections, as-built, demo, framing, and electric plan.
